Guided Meditation to meet animal totems


Take a comfortable position, close your eyes and relax Take contact with your breath. Feel the air that enters and leaves the lungs, continuing to bring attention to the breath going in and coming out, now you can also feel your body, its weight supported by the ground below you. You can even feel the contact with clothes, and while you listen to your body begin to relax, letting go of tensions, even ones you are not directly aware. Now you can also hear the noises and sounds around you, and as you continue to breathe quietly, begin to bring attention to your heart. Perhaps you can feel the beat somewhere in the body, perhaps in the hands, and as you hear the beat,begin to direct their attention inward. And as you breathe, imagine you are surrounded by a golden or white light that protects you and your body during meditation. And as you continue to follow your breath, imagine that stress, anxiety, worries, and leave the negativity out of your body. Now you feel within you the intent to meet your power animals and ask the deepest part of you to support your inner journey.


And as you continue to breathe easily imagine you are in the midst of nature, a protected place that inspires you harmony, peace and serenity. It may be a grassy glade, or a hill, a place that you know, or simply a place that inspires peace and security. When you feel ready, slowly started to walk in this place and at every step, feeling a sense of joy and wellbeing that slowly expands and fills your being. Use all your senses to experience this trip. Perhaps you may feel a slight breeze that caresses your face, or maybe the heat of the warm sun that warms you.Maybe you can smell the scent of nature and feel the softness beneath your feet of grass or the sensation that we sell the contact with this pristine land. Now go down slowly along the bottom of the hill and as you walk you feel a sense of security, see yourself healthy and carefree and feel a sense of belonging with this place.Take some 'time to feel part of the landscape around you.


And now, as you continue to go down the glade, imagine finding a suitable spot to sit down and spend some 'quiet ... could be the trunk of a tree, a large stone or a dune land where you can feel comfortable as ... 
There you sit, imagine that a magic mist is beginning to take shape ... Now the fog becomes more dense, until you can not see anything around you.
While this mist is formed, be aware that your intuition is expanding and that you are ready to meet one or more animal guides. Then the fog begins to thin out and the first image you see is represented by one or more animals can be ... on earth, air or water and slowly their shape becomes more clear and defined.
Now the mist is completely gone and let the images of animals to become increasingly clear and present. 
Deeply appreciated the essence of these animals and agree to communicate with them so that they can give you some message, or simply to stay in touch with their life-giving presence.
Take some 'time to get more in touch with them and hear what they have to tell you. Then, slowly allow this experience to complement and thank them deeply for their gifts, for the protection who have always given, and the wise counsel that will continue to give you in the future. Then greet him in a loving and respectful, let them go knowing they will be with you whenever you need it. Then, very slowly begin to take the path from which you came, and you are back in the grassy clearing ... ..
Then, slowly bring your thoughts to this, feel your body, and bring attention to your breath. Become more aware of your environment, and return to present here and now.Note: We suggest you record the meditation, with long pauses, so you can view calmly.
